Information
You can simply add items to the cart like any other online shopping website. Make sure to log in or register an account with us to complete your order. Make sure your shipping information was correct!
If you like to add or edit your order, we ask of you to make a brand new order with the correct adjustments and email us regarding your old order so we can cancel it. If you want to cancel your order that is not processed yet, you ca go into the system and cancel . Please email us at infolightspeeddecor@gmail.com with your order number being the subject line..
Once we receive your e-transfer. We will begin processing your order. Our cutoff time is 10AM PST Monday-Friday. There will be times where you order past cut off time and will be shipped on the same day. If you missed the cutoff time, do not worry as we will ship your order the next business day first thing in the morning!
Once shipped, Xpresspost (Canada post) takes anywhere between 1-3 business days depending on its destination. There may be delays should the order be shipped during holidays.
If you have not received your order within 48 hours after the expected delivery date, please contact us immediately via email at infolightspeeddecor@gmail.com We will conduct an investigation and take the necessary steps to ensure your package arrives to you safely.
We are an online business only. We do ship from BC as that is the base of where we operate. There is no physical location to visit.
We only ship inside of Canada. Prices would range to far for customers outside of the country. To keep prices competitive we have decided to stay within Canada.
Payments and orders must be processed before 2pm if you would like orders to process the same day.
Canada post usually takes 2-3 business days to ship a parcel depending on your location
Payments
After payment is processed our team still needs to process your order still. Please give us 24 hours before contacting us about an order.
We generally do not have issues receiving payments. Please check with your bank to assure there is no blocks.
After payment is received during working hours, we will process the order the same day. If payment was passed the daily deadline then we will process it the day after.
Once payment and the shipment has been sent we can not refund the payment until you have received the parcel and issue a ticket for refunds.
Refunds
Please contact us to issue a ticket for returns. Please note that we need photos of the package and the product inside to assure that everything is in tact. If the package is damaged then we can not issue a refund.
Please issue a ticket to our team with photos and videos of the order. If it is determined that it was damaged during shipping we will refund or send another parcel.
Please issue a support ticket via infolightspeeddecor@gmail.com. We will gladly fix this issue and send you the correct item. We would also request to have the incorrect items shipped back to us. Shipping fees would be covered by our company for the new item and the return item.
